Through our kids and teens programs, we combine age appropriate fitness, teamwork activities, and confidence-building exercises to create a positive relationship with movement from an early age. We focus on more than just physical skills - our sessions nurture resilience, self-esteem, and social connection, giving young people the tools to make healthy choices for life. With supportive coaches, a safe environment, and plenty of fun along the way, we’re here to help the next generation grow into strong, capable, and empowered individuals who know their worth and value their wellbeing.
The programs run in alignment to the public school term, sign ups can only be done prior to the start date of the program beginning.

Yes. In fact this is safer than their weekend sports like soccer and netball. We train our youth for longevity and high functionality. All sessions are run by experienced coaches who create a supportive environment for the youth to thrive in. We teach technique, encourage listening to their bodies, and make sure classes are age-appropriate. Safety and confidence are important to us!
bookings only open per public school term (must sign up for whole term), bookings must be made before the term starts and are subject to book out.

We know you want your kids to grow up healthy, confident, and happy. Our kids and teens programs are designed to do just that by building fitness, resilience, and life skills in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.
Between screens, busy schedules, and everyday pressures, giving your child the best start can feel overwhelming. That’s where we come in. We make movement exciting, social skills natural, and healthy habits second nature so your child thrives now and for years to come.

I’ve been working with youth since 2017, starting out as a dance teacher where I discovered how epic movement can be for building confidence and connection.
From there, I spent time supporting students in primary schools, gaining a deeper understanding of how to motivate, guide, and encourage young people in their learning and development.

In 2022, I launched my first kids fitness program, combining my love for movement with my passion for creating a positive environment where youth can thrive. Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how the right guidance can set kids up with healthy habits, resilience, and self-belief that carry through every stage of life.
Helping young people feel strong both physically and mentally has become one of my biggest passions. My goal is to support them from the very start, giving them the tools and confidence they need to grow into capable, happy, and healthy adults.
With over 60 kids enrolled each term, our classes are in high demand and book out well in advance, because parents see the value in a program that combines fun, structure, and results.
By securing a spot each term, you’re giving your child access to one of the most trusted and effective youth programs in the region.

Encourage Movement Every Day
Children and Teens thrive when movement becomes a natural part of their daily life. Movement keeps them strong, healthy, and confident.
Celebrate Effort
Instead of focusing on winning or being the best, praise your child for showing up, trying new things, and pushing through challenges. This builds resilience and a positive mindset that will carry over into school, sports, and life.
Turn Up
Some days your child will feel tired, and you might feel like skipping class. But consistency matters most on the hard days. Movement can boost energy, improve mood, and help them feel better even after a long day. We see it all the time: kids arrive tired but always leave with smiles, confidence, and renewed energy.
